While digital marketing and communications is seen as strategic for growth, too many companies and organisations are taking an ad-hoc approach, with limited planning and often with no overall digital strategy in place. 

In order to provide a clear roadmap I can provide a comprehensive digital marketing plan and outline the steps needed for you to develop a proactive strategy that will get online results.

This includes a thorough marketing plan setting specific, measurable goals and KPIs, analysing your competition, defining your marketing funnel and setting a detailed, realistic action plan. Measuring your impact will also include surveys of your audience, internally and externally, to quantify the results of your strategy.



Review of digital assets, competitive analysis, benchmarking, SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), audience mapping, persona generation and value proposition.


A full action plan includes content creation across all channels and formats, website optimisation, social media outreach strategy, email marketing integration and a cohesive editorial calendar.


Establishing a RACE (Reach > Act > Convert > Engage) plan outlining objectives, specific goals, channels and measurable KPIs. I will define a digital marketing funnel that sets clear goals, from awareness to consideration and conversion.


Qualitative and quantitative impact goals are constantly measured using relevant tools and A/B testing, allowing for adjustment of key metrics before, during and after the campaign in order to make sure that we optimise all digital campaigns and maximise ROI.
